As one of the few battles in San Jose we participated in, this was one of those events in which we performed very well as a crew, with Deus and Doc Rice placing in the top two, while Streak was placed in the top four. We were still pretty new to doing this together, but we were lucky enough to pull it off the way we did.

The judges included Shortkut, Peanut Butter Wolf, Rhettmatic, Chopps, and Havik.

Remedy was our fiercest competitor in this one. Him and Relm were so close that they had to do a one-minute tie-breaker (plenty of word-play disses on this one). Doc Rice also agreed to a third round with him, since Remedy's equipment was giving him problems during that match-up.

The top four had Streak against Deus and Doc Rice against Remedy. The final two had Deus against Doc Rice with Deus declared as the victor. And this was just the beginning of his winning streak...
